Hit the Ground Running

Get ready friends, we have hit the ground running…literally! While the folks of Colorado have been “hibernating” through the cold, we have been out creating great partnerships and free opportunities within the community. We have been running full speed with Monday and Thursday run groups for all abilities in partnership with Achilles International. Our run group is not your average run club, it is a new initiative we have created called the “Moving Classroom” and focuses on fun, rewarding and pain free approaches to motion for all people.

We are excited about our new collaboration with Boulder Valley School District to bring run clubs to every elementary school in the area. Our goal is to get more kids understanding the direct value of functional fitness, which will lessen sedentary lifestyles and challenge the kids to get their families active outside of school.

We are also proud to announce our first ever Kids Fun Run Challenge held on our new Singletrack at Sunset West in Erie on Thursday May 22nd, 2014.

After a very successful summer camp series in 2013, we can’t wait to get our adventure on with awesome groups of kids for summer 2014. Sign up now for our Adventure Summer Camp series offered in partnership with the YMCA of Boulder Valley.

Also keep checking back for upcoming Moving Classroom events and opportunities in kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, rock climbing and mountain biking.

We challenge you and your loved ones to Move|More|Better with us! Get out and get active!
